On March 25, 1928 the husband transferred the ownership of some pieces of land to his wife.

The mahr includes: one sixth of a house bought from Ustad ʻAli, son of Ismaʻil, two outfits worth five or seven tumans, five mans of copper for two-and-a-half tumans, carpets and felt worth two-and-a-half tumans, and gold and silver, worth two and half tumans each. Four tumans remain the groom's debt.

Marriage contract between Bibi Zahra Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Haj Mirza Habib, and Sayyid Hasan, the son of Haji Sayyid Husayn, dated November 19, 1921. The mahr includes parts of a property and some land in Ashkazar, a carpet, some clothing, a mirror, copper containers, a chest, a chador, and some red gold. The items listed in the mahr were valued at 100 tumans.
